We walk the space with you, go through the drawings and the brand's standards.

Our crews take it from strip-out to framing, board and paint, in that order and on one schedule.

Handover
Floors down, trim on, the space cleaned and walked through with you before the keys change hands.

Which areas do you cover?
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Our recent work runs from Brampton to Markham.
Can you work inside a mall or an occupied building?
Yes. Several of our fit-outs were built inside operating malls, working to the landlord's rules for access, noise and deliveries.
Do you take on the whole fit-out or a single trade?
Both. We can run the full interior from strip-out to handover, or come in for one trade such as framing, drywall or flooring.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. General contractors bring us in as the interiors crew on their projects, and we report to their site team.
Can you work evenings or weekends?
We plan site hours around the building and the business. Tell us what the space allows and we will schedule to it.
